Return Process

  Ensure your items are in brand new condition, free of dog hair, dirt, and odors, and are within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your gear in its original packaging, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Refund or Ship

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items immediately.
